The Spanish Grand Prix is an automobile race that was held for the first time in 1913. In 1923 it was held for the first time on a permanent circuit, and in 1926 and 1927 the race was valid for the World Constructors' Championship. The event takes place on the Montmelò Circuit not far from Barcelona.
